At IPLIK, safety and health of the employees takes precedence.
IPLIK is an ISO 9001 company and has been complying with all norms of safety and health of the employees. There is a separate first aid room in the premises, where all the facilities for initial treatment are available under the supervision of a full-time nurse and a part-time doctor.
Employees are briefed on a periodic basis about the safety measures to be taken while working. All machines are equipped with safety system as per the European standard.
The company complies with all the applicable environmental laws and disposes wastes responsibly.
Iplik has changed its entire electricity sourcing wef February 2024 to a green source i.e. renewable hydro sources, thus reducing its GHG footprint by 23KT p.a. of Co2 equivalent i.e.1.08 MT of Co2per ton of Spun yarns produced.
